Structural Design Engineer - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek is working with a partnering company near Milwaukee, Wisconsin to find veteran Structural Engineers. This firm works on a variety of projects, so candidates for this role should have a background working on commercial, industrial, or other large-scale structural developments.

Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Expected Pay Range: $34.00-$44.00 per hour before conversion, depending on experience

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 3+ years of engineering experience in a position emphasizing structural design and analysis
- EIT certification
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit systems
- Knowledge of RAM Elements software
- Experience with analysis and design of steel, light gauge steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry structures
- Ideal candidates are knowledgeable with ENERCALC
In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate, design, review, and submit project proposals
- Serve as Engineer of Record on structural engineering projects
- Oversee origination and review of structural design work including design criteria, calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Review and implement surveys, borings, and foundation design and analysis
- Engage in quality assurance, code compliance, and permit identification and submittal
