Are you a Structural CAD Technician that enjoys working on a variety of commercial building projects? We are hiring a Structural Engineering CAD Technician to join our dynamic team!

This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming concepts into reality through precise and innovative structural drafting design solutions. You will play a critical role in building projects, collaborating closely with structural engineers and architects to bring structural designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed structural drawings using CAD (Revit) software, including plans, sections, and details for various structural engineering projects
• Work closely with structural engineers, designers, and fellow CAD Technicians to understand project requirements and ensure accurate representation of structural designs
• Regularly update and revise drawings based on engineer feedback, redlines, and project developments
• Ensure all CAD drawings adhere to industry standards, firms standards, and project specifications
• Maintain and organize all project-related documents and CAD / Revit files.

The Structural CAD Technician will make contributions to structural components and structural systems for commercial buildings in a supportive, collaborative, fun environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Drafting Technology, CAD, or a related field
• 4-10+ years of experience in structural CAD drafting, preferably in a consulting engineering environment
• Strong skills in Revit and familiarity with other CAD software such as Tekla, RAM, RISA
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting
• Effective communication abilities for collaborating with team members.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.
