Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural CAD Drafter position include:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Drafter.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Reading and understanding architectural plans.
• Drafting site-specific foundation layouts for commercial and residential projects.
• Designing foundations such as slab on grade, pier and grade beam, post-tension, retaining wall structures, and house lifts.
• Drafting wood, steel, and concrete framing designs for one, two, and three-story structures.
• Reviewing and implementing geotechnical soil reports as needed.
• Drafting construction documents and inspection documents for custom homes and commercial projects.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
