Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking a Structural BIM Specialist to work at our office and projects in Orange, CA. **The job responsibilities will include:** + Works under direct supervision. + Assists with creating and modifying 3D models, renderings, and/or animations for promotion and proposals. + Office-based work with various departments to integrate imagery into presentations using existing software. + May help to create or maintain standards, processes, and goals. + Work is closely supervised. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements + Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + US Citizenship Required Preferred Qualifications + Fully conversant with the latest REVIT + Drafting / Engineering Drafting AND AutoDESK Revit Structural trained + Able to assist in development of Structural design/detailing and coordination of models with other design disciplines. + Able to produce construction documents in BIM environments from start to finish with limited assistance from more senior BIM team members + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Must be detail oriented, thorough, well organized, and effectively manage time + Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy; willingness to work with multiple different colleagues + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency + Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously + Consultative, service-oriented mindset and collaborative problem-solving skills + Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage change effectively + Revit certification + AutoCAD experience + 1+ years' experience in the field of structural detailing/design with steel, concrete, and masonry buildings. **Additional Information** + US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
