Summary:
The Strategy Program Manager is responsible for leadership, planning, directing, and executing activities pertaining to strategic and business initiatives for the Asset Finance organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Drives, coordinates and monitors strategic business programs.
+ Executes strategic business initiatives on time and within budget.
+ Works with business leadership regarding decisions, approvals, solution options, and business acceptance of the initiative or change.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 7+ years of related experience with strong understanding and experience in project/program and change management processes and standards
+ Experience utilizing portfolio program management tool(s) and creating and tracking projects
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
+ Strong aptitude in both business and technology.
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to explain options, risks, issues and decisions clearly and concisely to multiple layers of peers and leadership.
+ Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities, effectively prioritizing them.
+ Strong program leadership during periods of uncertainty, ambiguity, and change.
+ Willingness and drive to learn and understand the details of the business.
+ High level of professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility with leadership, team members, and business partners and establish effective working relationships.
+ Ability to initiate and facilitate change, whether indicated by corporate needs, market or regulatory requirements.
+ Proven track record of successful implementation of change throughout a large organization.
+ Willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and do the work necessary for a successful execution.
+ Experience leading large, cross-functional information programs and initiatives.
