- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

- Experience driving complex, cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. The YouTube Business Go-To-Market (GTM) team is responsible for driving all Go-To-Market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team shapes Go-To-Market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly, enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, and building excellent Go-To-Market infrastructure (e.g., data, reports, dashboards). This team combines strategic, operational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive complex, cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership of select initiatives, managing project priorities and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and develop Go-To-Market strategies (e.g., revenue/service models, product strategies) and launch cross-functional initiatives to address business needs and drive growth.
- Solve complex problems with multiple potential solutions, identifying roadblocks, operational inefficiencies, and developing optimal solutions through a wide range of tools and approaches.
- Influence and align resources and direction across teams, actively developing relationships with stakeholders across the product area and with cross-functional teams. Integrate team activities with broader strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of your business area, internal systems, processes, and industry trends to inform decision-making and guide strategic initiatives.
