Job Description:
- Biased to action, driving decisions and deliverables with a sense of urgency and accountability.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. Gleans insights from data and translates them into actions.
- Outstanding presentation & communication skills (both verbal and written), including storytelling and ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way.
- Fast learner. Flexibility to rapidly assess a problem, evaluate options and drive timely decision-making.
- Flexibility and understanding for how to operate within a global team.
