Job Summary and Qualifications
In collaboration with the AVP of Strategy, the Strategy Manager is responsible for assisting the development of all strategic plans and executive deliverables across Clinical Services Group. In addition, Strategy Managers own a significant portion of project responsibility, overseeing project teams to ensure work is completed in a quality and timely fashion to meet business objectives. In addition to being highly organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented, this candidate must demonstrate strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills needed to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide project support for strategic initiatives including:
oBreaking down complex problems into discrete tasks to scope projects into a defined set of tasks, responsibilities, and timelines and lead project execution
oStoryboarding effectively and creating presentations for key leaders
oProviding answers to questions, detail strategic implications and offering unique insights
oPlanning, organizing, and facilitating medium-to-large strategy and design sessions to plan strategic initiatives across COG and partner organizations (ITG, OSG, HRG, PI, etc)
•Support the coordination and development of all Executive Deliverables for Clinical Services Group including Board presentations, Business plans and various other leadership presentations
•Support the development and execution of all aspects of annual strategic planning with corporate & division leadership, including:
oConducting and synthesizing analyses on key industry trends (national and market-levels) to generate strategic insights and business intelligence
oPlanning, organizing, and/or facilitating medium-to-large strategy and design sessions to plan strategic initiatives and capture/synthesize findings and recommendations
oDeveloping key materials to be used within strategy and design sessions, including presentations, data sets, and reports
•Organize strategic initiatives into actionable plans and communicate approach to leaders and teams.
EXPERIENCE
•College Degree and a minimum 5 years healthcare experience required; Hospital operations experience preferred
•1-3 years of experience in Strategy/Consulting/ Operations required
•Medium-to-large scale project coordination experience is required
•Must be proficient with MS PowerPoint

•Project management - Apply defined project controls to identify, communicate, and manage project scope, goals, project plan, and project progress/performance.
•Analytical skills – ability to analyze and synthesize data to support overall strategy and/or narrative
