My client is seeking a Strategy Lead to serve as a Technical Product Evangelist and spokesperson. Their product is a cutting-edge, high-performance, modular infrastructure, similar to what Microservices was for Web2. I've placed a few folks with them and all have had fantastic feedback on the culture and opportunity.
In this role, you will be the voice and advocate for their highly technical product, representing it within technical communities, engaging with key stakeholders, and delivering a compelling narrative that highlights its unique features and benefits. Your ability to bridge the gap between their product and technical and non-technical audiences will be pivotal. You will also work closely with the CEO to identify market opportunities, drive product development/growth, and market penetration in the crypto ecosystem. Qualifications
- Extensive crypto experience and a proven track record of successfully leading product communication and marketing efforts driving user acquisition, and building brand recognition within various communities.
- Experience in a technical product organization and serving as a representative in media interviews, conferences, panels, podcasts, and industry events.
- Understanding of the crypto space, including emerging trends, market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and how all the ecosystem partners work together
- Product and technical background and/or strong knowledge of developer-based software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Big plus if experience building a strategy for crypto infrastructure startup
- Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus

- Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling strategic vision, taking into account market trends and competitive analysis, to position us as leaders in the crypto space.
- Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to define and prioritize product roadmaps that align with our strategic objectives
- Brand Building: Craft captivating brand narratives and stories to resonate with our target audience and convey our unique value proposition.
- Partnerships: Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to accelerate growth and bolster our brand.
- Effective Communication: Act as a spokesperson for the company, both internally and externally, ensuring our strategic direction is clearly communicated to employees, investors, and the wider community.
