STRATEGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM
Base Salary is $125K to $200K (based upon experience and candidate)

Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced business professional to join its growing organization as a Strategy and Business Development Associate . In this role, she/he will work in one of several departments at the firm, including the COO Group, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations, where you will work on challenging, high-impact projects. Also, you will play a role in the firm's success while gaining exposure to our businesses and receive coaching and mentoring from accomplished colleagues.
The firm has returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Two to Four years of experience in a professional setting required
- Effective communicator and critical thinking skills
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to managing multiple projects
- Motivated by a desire to learn and an interest in taking on new challenges

- Evaluate complex business questions that drive the firm's long-term direction and growth opportunities
- Perform research and conduct rigorous analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods
