We are seeking an analytical and engaging person to join our team! As a Strategy Consultant, you will provide comprehensive analytical, marketing research and strategy support to our US Personal Lines division.

• Access, verify, and organize market trend, competitive intelligence, and sales data
• Responsible for framing problems, defining requirements for analysis, and assessing potential business impact
• Ensure data integrity with keen attention to detail
• Recommend appropriate courses of action based on research findings
• Lead key strategy projects and work cross functionally across Gallagher
• Develop and present leadership communication to explain findings and recommendations
• Participate in senior leader discussions and business planning sessions
• Assist with Carrier management, revenue analysis to find opportunities, and build projections to maximize opportunities
• May coach less experienced Market Research Analysts
• Potential to participate in merger and acquisition due diligence

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
