The Strategy Advancement Advisor plays a crucial leadership role that provides data-driven strategic guidance to deliver a consistent and best-in-class Provider Engagement function. The Strategy Advancement Advisor enhances operational stability and effectiveness for market-based processes that support Provider Engagement, Quality/Stars, Interoperability, and Medicare Risk Adjustment (MRA) business levers. This role calls for a dynamic leader capable of tackling various business challenges, building relationships in a highly collaborative environment, influencing through communication, and leveraging data to advise senior and executive leaders.
The position will work closely with the Division’s Senior Vice President to develop and execute strategic business initiatives. Key responsibilities include researching the Medicare Advantage market, analyzing trends, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and supporting divisional objectives.
In partnership with the Chief of Staff, you will manage daily operations, coordinate key projects, and track performance metrics. You’ll serve as a critical link between leadership, providing updates on initiatives, analyzing data for actionable insights, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of Medicare Advantage market operations, and the ability to foster collaboration with senior leaders and corporate partners to support strategic initiatives and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Support
+ Collaborate with the Divisional SVP to develop, plan, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at achieving corporate and divisional goals.
+ Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the Medicare Advantage market.
+ Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
+ Drive alignment and communication of divisional priorities across cross-functional teams and regions.
Leadership Support
+ Assist the Divisional Chief of Staff with daily operational responsibilities, including managing workflows, priorities, and follow-ups.
+ Coordinate and monitor the execution of key divisional projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
+ Develop and maintain tracking systems for divisional performance metrics and KPIs.
+ Act as a liaison between the Chief of Staff, SVP, and other regional stakeholders to streamline communication and issue resolution.
Reporting and Insights
+ Regularly update leadership on initiative progress, challenges, and outcomes through structured reporting.
+ Synthesize complex information into actionable insights for senior leadership review.
Additional Responsibilities
+ Maintain a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of the SVP and Chief of Staff, ensuring they are prepared for meetings, decisions, and strategic discussions.
+ Stay updated on regulatory and market changes affecting Medicare Advantage programs, incorporating insights into strategy development.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
+ Partner with Regional and Corporate teams to ensure consistency and collaboration on strategic initiatives.
+ Represent the division in interdepartmental meetings, committees, and strategic discussions as needed.
+ Facilitate regular updates and meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparing agendas and managing action items.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business segments , and corporate partners.
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated and cohesive execution of corporate and business segment strategies.

Required Qualifications
+ Graduate degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) or 3+ years of strategy experience
+ 3+ years of leadership skills and proven ability to lead through influence
+ 3+ years of technical experience with expertise in data analytics and reporting
+ Effective communicator with the ability to appropriately guide senior leadership
+ Ability to use data to validate performance and provide leadership insights
+ Ability to build consensus and alignment with programs
+ Market Operations knowledge

+ Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
