We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Analyst to join our Strategic Operations team. Your expertise in analysis, technical proficiency, and business acumen will drive successful outcomes across corporate and divisional projects. Your role spans from needs assessments to impact analysis (both process and system) to solution evaluation, all playing a pivotal part in our business growth. Collaborating closely with project managers, change managers, product teams, subject matter experts, and decision makers ensures alignment and success.
Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments or projects of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Solves complex problems with minimal guidance in complex situations
- Drives business solutions through relationship building and clear communication of concepts and processes
- Conduct in-depth interviews to:
- Analyze root causes and identify opportunities for optimal solutions
- Document detailed requirements and complex processes
- Determine business impact and system dependencies within the work and across the enterprise
- Design efficient process models and information flows to streamline operations
- Lead interactive workshops using diverse techniques to elicit requirements and extract valuable insights
- Employ diplomatic negotiation skills to reach consensus on critical requirements and approaches
- Acquire proficiency in system functionalities to address process gaps effectively
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Implement key success factors to ensure smooth delivery and effective monitoring
- Utilize various reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, and Excel) to analyze and interpret findings
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure successful project outcomes
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data requirement principles, ensuring accurate and relevant data gathering
- Expertise in crafting comprehensive business requirements to drive effective solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated experience in presenting ideas and information in group settings
- Commitment to follow-through, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
- Strong analytical, project management, time management, and organizational abilities
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and collaborating on innovative solutions
- Skillful at cultivating positive and professional business relationships
- Track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently and adapting to changing priorities
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, data reporting tools, and industry-specific software such as Salesforce, SQL, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and similar platforms, enabling analysis, data-driven decision-making, project management, and collaboration
Education & Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field pertinent to the role (such as business, engineering, computer science, or related disciplines); however, relevant professional experience will also be considered
- Full understanding of business analysis tools and techniques
- 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, demonstrating a track record of successfully owning business analysis responsibilities on complex, large-scale projects
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt Certification
Preferred:
- CCBA®, CBAP®, or PMI-PBA Certification
- Experience in staffing, services, or healthcare industry
- Candidates skilled and adept at collaborating across different work setups-be it in-person, hybrid, or full-time remote - promoting productivity and teamwork regardless of location
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $51,700 -- $157,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
