Donor Raiser's Edge Specialist - $28/hr-$34/hr - Arlington, VA at Beacon Hill

Our client, a non-profit organization, has an immediate need for a temporary to permanent Donor Raiser's Edge Specialist to join their busy Arlington, VA team!

About the Job:

• Generate various types of reports using the CRM.
• Track effectiveness of digital campaigns and create dashboards to support decision making.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of software tools.
• Maintain CRMs and identify and propose technology upgrades.
• Provide back-up support on financial tasks.
• Develop and enforce data policies and practices across the organization.

About You:

• 2+ years of data analytics and nonprofit reporting are required.
• Strong CRM experience, such as Raiser's Edge, is required.
• High proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and other nonprofit tools are required.
• A keen eye for detail with the ability to multitask.

About the Position:

• $28/hr-$34/hr, while temporary.
• $70K-$75K, when permanent.
• Hybrid with 2 days/week onsite.
• Metro Accessible in Arlington, VA.
