Job Description:
The Strategic Consultant is responsible for defining & designing high value data & analytics solutions that leverage AnalyticsIQ data & services to foster long term relationships with digital marketplaces & platform partnerships. The Consultant role is responsible for understanding client needs, defining the solution concept, estimating the level of analytical effort to deliver, presenting the audience &/or identity solution to clients, & working with internal data science & analytics teams to manage the delivery of the solution. This person needs to have an expertise of our data products & services as well as the digital, social & connected TV ecosystem, as well as the pieces of identity that are important for distribution to these channels, &, while not directly responsible for the budget, this individual is expected to use that knowledge to play a supporting role in driving new audience, analytics, & identity revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging in a consultative way with AnalyticsIQ prospects & clients to identify business problems & define, design, & deliver data & analytical solutions.
- Work with data science team to create exploratory data analyses & profile analyses on client’s historical data in Alteryx or SAS; developing & communicating initial business insights based on the results & utilizing our internal data assets to direct clients in designing more effective future strategy.
- Fostering collaborative relationships internally with analysts, scientists, operations, & sales teams.
- Engaging with development of linear, logistic regressions or other advanced statistical models to further explore statistical patterns based on client needs. Helping to streamline the development of statistical predictive models & other analytics services. Advanced data mining & data management of AIQ’s proprietary database.
- Reviewing statistical models & monitoring model performance. Helping data buyers identify valuable data assets from AIQ database depending on use cases.
- Ensuring clients satisfaction with data science solutions delivered through soliciting feedback on data & analytical performance.
- Contributing to the development of proposals & playing a supporting role in presenting data insights & data solutions to clients.
- Contributing to winning new business from new & existing customers through nurturing client relationships; identifying & progressing opportunities to enhance existing data solutions & continuously provide clients new data products & analytics services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited university in data sciences or similar field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient understanding of reading in & auditing datasets from clients/vendors in the appropriate computer language (SAS, Alteryx).
- Knowledge of various forms of identity & the ability to work with marketplaces & platforms on the distribution channel/identity solution that will connect audiences.
- Proficient understanding of statistical predictive modeling methods (survey, cloning, response, etc.).
- Proficient understanding of segmentation & clustering analysis.
- Proficient understanding of SAS programming.
- Ad-hoc analyses.
- Proficiency at Excel & Tableau to generate complex reports & dashboards.
- Ability to build visualizations, organize data & design dashboards with knowledge of statistics concepts, data mapping & establishing data connections in Tableau.
- Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem. experience in engagement with various DMP, DSP & related digital partners.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written & presentation skills for presenting data in a digestible way.
