You will handle complaints, find solutions to their issues and maintain a positive relationship with our clients ensuring our success metrics are met.
What You'll Do:
As a Strategic Account Executive, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
- Maintain a 99% client retention rate with referenceable clients.
- Evaluate market and client conditions to anticipate client needs and taking appropriate action to proactively address them.
- Develop a deep understanding of client intent, and making actionable suggestions to ensure client plans are optimized to meet client performance goals.
- Coordinate and host quarterly account team meetings - ensure holistic understanding of client plan performance, client goals, internal goals and strategic plans.
- Ensure that Client Executive and Client Management Leadership are promptly notified of escalated client issues/requests, systemic issues, unachievable deliverable dates, capacity limitations and any client relationship concerns.
What You Need:
- 2 years of experience managing accounts with self-funded employer groups
- 2 years of working knowledge in the pharmacy benefits management industry
- Ability to travel overnight up to 25%
