Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to join our team as the Strategic Business Manager for West Coast Operations. This position combines strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker, a skilled leader, and an operational strategist capable of identifying and creating new business opportunities for driving sales. Focus on prioritizing the customer's needs, preferences, and long-term satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Salary $120,000 annually with bonus potential

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• Two years working in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of international business
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Required to be onsite in the Chino Office when not traveling for business.
• Travel up to 50-75%
• Proficient use of LinkedIn (robust network), Sales Navigator and CRM
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in business strategy and operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
