About the Job
The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for the national ownership of designated strategic brands within the portfolio business. The goal is to help those brands reach success milestones and help achieve company initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify portfolio growth opportunities within their designated POD Region.
- Establish, refine, and maintain sales process for designated strategic targeted accounts for incremental growth.
- Work with implementation/scaling specialist, marketing, and Field Sales to capture portfolio business and increase brand expansion of targeted accounts.
- Implement and execute FY 22/23 Corporate initiatives
- Serve as the product expert on all products within the portfolio.
- Work in concert with field sales, RD and customer to build and execute growth strategy to increase overall market share.
- Utilize Key Account Manager resources to both drive growth of targeted accounts as well as overall Regional performance.
- Follow all company’s policies and procedures in a compliant manner, while maintaining a high level on integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree.
- 8 years sales and sales management experience with plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, and other related aesthetics call points.
- 10 years sales and sales management experience in medical field.
- Must possess extensive knowledge of the current aesthetics device landscape with a demonstrated understanding of the competitive environment.
- Must possess an understanding of the sales process and have experience designing and managing sales processes.
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and presentation skills.
