What you will do:

• Manage and nurture key client accounts in the energy sector.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with clients and candidates.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to account management and pipelining.
• Adapt to changing business dynamics and evolving service offerings.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in the energy industry.
• 2-4 years of experience working in sales or account management in staffing.
• Strong appointment setting and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and internal teams.
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial space is a plus.
