We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with data center customers and manage their physical infrastructure needs. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing our enterprise client base. This role requires a deep understanding of the data center infrastructure and construction domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, strategic planning, and relationship building.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for each account.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the client organization and develop a deep understanding of their operation.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients, handling objections and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to understand and promote our company’s product suite to clients.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing reports on account status.
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the data center infrastructure or construction industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of data center physical infrastructure and construction is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
