From your desk, you'll shape business development strategies and position our products strategically in the marketplace. Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the sales leader for defined list of national strategic contractors. Heavy interaction with distributor partners, reps, and internal account executives.
- Perform demand creation activities to ensure annual sales objectives are achieved.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the vertical market.
- Drive brand awareness and market positioning for our company.
- In addition to sales in the solar vertical, candidate will ensure consistent sales growth across our entire product line at the defined electrical contractor list.
Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in electrical sales.
- Proven track record in commercial B2B business.
- Proven executive level presentations, proposals, presence, and business acumen working with recognizable named accounts.
- Experience with distributor/rep agency, ideally with similar Panduit product lines.
- A proactive, hunter mentality.
- Experience in renewable or solar energy, electrical contracting, or distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Panduit product line.
