POSITION MISSION
Consult with clients and prospects on their business challenges and lead the selling efforts for customer incentives, loyalty, engagement, meetings and group travel programs (“MEI Services”) with the focus on new business and servicing and expanding existing business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
10 – 15 years industry sales/development experience, or in the area of selling consultative strategic service solutions.
BA/BS in Business or Marketing. MBA highly desirable.
Proven track record building and developing strong client relationships into long-term, loyal customers.

POSITION MISSION
Consult with clients and prospects on their business challenges and lead the selling efforts for customer incentives, loyalty, engagement, meetings and group travel programs (“MEI Services”) with the focus on new business and servicing and expanding existing business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously and aggressively identify and cold call C-Level Executives of approved prospects to MEI Services.
- Open doors and build relationships with prospects via effective, on-going verbal and written communications.
- Research the business, culture, audience, and issues of potential and existing clients for issues for which we can develop strategy and solutions. Design programs that not only resolve these issues but also provide positive financial results at an attractive ROI.
- Work with internal staff to create unique and highly effective programs as well as ensure the successful launch and operation of programs that pertain to MEI Services.
- Understand and communicate the value we bring and our niche in the marketplace.
- Build consensus in the client organization and leverage throughout to continually develop/expand existing relationships and grow the business.
