Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implements account strategies to maintain and grow existing account revenue, profitability and customer loyalty.
- Uses customer feedback to recommend modifications to products and/or services.
- Partners with operations leadership to identify and develop new business at current customer locations.
- Understands the needs, strategies and decision-making hierarchy of assigned accounts.
- Develops and cultivates effective relationships with key decision makers/executives within assigned strategic accounts.
- Effectively identifies and communicates value (tangible and intangible) of ATS services to assigned customers’ decision makers and executives.
- Acts as a main focal point for customer inquiries and concerns within assigned accounts.
- Serves as a face of ATS throughout the customer’s organization and stays knowledgeable on ATS related services to the customer’s industry.
- Serves as an advisor for existing customers, consulting on current products and determining individual customer needs.
- Coordinates sales negotiations in their entirety.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven success developing and growing business with large manufacturers.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects without direct authority.
- Ability to build strategic relationships within various levels of customer’s organization.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.
