Job Summary:
The Stratascale Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate with Inside Sales, Sales Teams, and Sales Leadership to provide data integrity for sales order entry, sales operations support, monitoring, and reporting.
This position will report to Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule as determined by Stratascale management.

Responsibilities:Include, but not limited to:
- Identify and report client, seller, and partner trends through reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure data integrity of orders through reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis
- Succinctly communicate findings and data insights to stakeholders on a daily, monthly, or annual basis
- Aids in the collection of forecast data for weekly and monthly forecasts as well as annual budget targets as part of the annual budget process
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions that enhance business processes and improve efficiency through the effective use of systems functionality
- Aids in coordinating Client Agreements with Legal teams
- Additional responsibilities as required based on the priorities of the team
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years professional experience or over 4 years of related professional experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, Customer Success, etc.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
- Skilled communicator, capable of tailoring information to a variety of audiences.
- Detail-oriented approach to analyzing information and solving problems.
- Ability to prioritize and escalate effectively.
- Dynamics CRM experience a plus
- This position's estimated annual pay range is $60,000 - $100,000, which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
