Stores/Warehouse Associate from Vanguard Temporaries, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory. Ensure products are correctly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely and precise order fulfillment.
• Help receive and inspect incoming shipments. Verify order quantities and check for damages. Process outgoing orders, ensuring packaging and labeling meet standards.
•  Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves or storage areas as needed. Rotate stock and ensure proper product handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure that all areas of the warehouse are tidy and that inventory is stored according to safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing products, and assist in inventory tracking and reporting.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training will be provided if needed).
• Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper handling of materials, lifting techniques, and safe operation of equipment.
• Work closely with other warehouse associates and management to achieve operational goals. Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed, including seasonal or special projects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, or retail roles is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., experience with inventory management systems is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
