About the Job
Location: Greater Santa Rosa sales support and service area.
FULL-TIME: 40 hours per week; 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week Monday - Thursday
Salary: $21/hr to $23/hr DOE plus Mileage Reimbursement at IRS Rate .$67/c per mile. Company vehicle is scheduled shortly.

Job Purpose:
- Merchandiser responsibilities are to verify that the customers received everything they ordered off the invoice as well as price, rotate, and stock items from pre-loaded totes. Merchandisers will be rotating all products to ensure the customer gets the extended length of product shelf life.
- Clean and arranges the displays and shelves, as needed.
- Communicate with Sales Representative or Regional Manager regarding sales issues/objectives.
- Develop a relationship with store managers and employees.
- Be a courteous and responsible driver at all times.
- Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment.
- Report any issues to their manager.
- Verify quantity and quality of each product.
- Date all frozen items/price all items unless store does not call for it.
Requirements:
- Insurance and Driver license required. Vehicle Insurance coverage amount: $100,000 per occurrence Property Damage $300,000 per occurrence Bodily Injury **Required**
- Personal vehicle to use. (reliable) **Required**
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.
- Ability to operate personal computer or fax machine.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach repetitively.
- Two years merchandiser experience is preferred.
Experience:
- Merchandising: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
