Day Shift Lead – Starting at $17-$19/hr (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

We’re hiring motivated individuals for our Day Shift Lead position. If you’re passionate about customer service, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:

* Greet guests with a smile and express gratitude for their business.
* Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action.
* Provide leadership and direction to team members during the shift.
* Operate point-of-sale registers efficiently and accurately.
* Facilitate pre-shift meetings and actively participate in team discussions.
* Check in vendors and manage fuel deliveries.
* Create and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays.
* Restock shelves, coolers, and deli items to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
* Maintain cleanliness by emptying trash, cleaning restrooms and showers, and tidying the lot.
* Handle customer issues with urgency and provide five-star service.
* Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and staff coverage during call-offs.
* Support janitorial and maintenance staff to ensure the facility meets cleanliness and safety standards.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager and General Manager to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth daily operations.

As a Shift Lead, reliability and a strong work ethic are essential, along with a positive and friendly attitude. Maintaining a professional image at all times is a must.
Requirements:

* Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A willingness and ability to learn
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
* Willingness to undergo a criminal background and employment reference check
