GPAC is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to identify their next Store Manager in Worthington, MN.

Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at a store to make sure that employees work together effectively to make sales and contribute to shop upkeep.
Duties include:
- managing inventory,
- merchandising,
- scheduling employee shifts,
- customer service, safety & satisfaction,
- financial management/performance and
- training new employees.
The organization is seeking candidates who model their core values related to service and integrity while mentoring and working to develop the same values in all team members.

- Starting salary range: $50k to $56k
Education and/or Experience
- Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred or
- High School diploma/GED in combination with three years work management experience in related field.
- Profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driving license, and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicated the English language to ensure understandable interaction with staff and customers.
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication, money handling, organizational and decision-making skills.
