About The Opportunity

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, resolving customer issues as they arise.
2. Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their role.
3. Monitor, review, and manage store sales performance against targets, driving improvements as required.
4. Complete store administration to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
5. Manage and maintain store expenses within budget.
6. Roster team members for effective store coverage and in accordance with Award and budget requirements.
7. Ensure all team members maintain strong product knowledge, store presentation, stock presentation, and housekeeping standards.
8. Manage the minimization of loss or damage to stock and assets in store.
9. Conduct local competitor activity by scooping the local market and providing feedback to the Regional Manager.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, skills, and attributes:

1. Passion for, or experience in homewares highly regarded.
2. Strong interest or qualifications in interior design/decoration highly regarded.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
4. Drive to succeed and run a highly profitable store.
5. Exceptional customer focus, being passionate about the customer and the brand.
