Store Manager - Carl's Jr

We are looking for candidates to become General Managers. We are an expanding company through opening new locations and acquiring existing locations. This position would hire at a high hourly rate while training as a shift manger. Once a store becomes available there will be a pay increase and access to bonus opportunities.

Training and the job responsibilities of a General Manager include:

---Mastering the key behaviors of every station.

---Interviewing, hiring and training new team members

---Truck orders

---Cash management

---Inventory management

---Scheduling

---Controlling costs within a budget
