Store manager - Tyson Galleria - Jacadi

We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to oversee and lead our Tyson Galleria location, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding customer service, and a thriving team environment.

The Store Manager plays a key role in driving sales and building lasting client relationships while creating a legacy for themselves within the brand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Leadership: Achieve personal and store sales targets through exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients through in-store interactions, email, phone, and text to strengthen relationships and build client loyalty.
• Team Development: Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, providing real-time feedback and coaching to develop a motivated and high-performing team.
• Recruitment & Training: Hire, onboard, and train new team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is organized, well-maintained, and compliant with legal, safety, and procedural standards, including payroll management and inventory control.
• Brand Representation: Reflect the Jacadi brand through elegant merchandising, storefront displays, and a pristine sales floor.
• Collaboration: Participate in key areas such as Human Resources, Operations, Client Services, and Visual Merchandising, supporting overall business goals and cultivating leadership skills.
• District Leadership: Act as a leader within the district, collaborating with other store managers and contributing to the overall success of the region.

What We’re Looking For :

• 2-4 years of proven experience in retail store management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on building a positive team culture.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a full team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a talent for building client relationships.
• A self-driven, resourceful problem solver with strong business acumen.
• Knowledge of children’s fashion is a plus, and fluency in French is preferred.
