Job Title: Management Trainee

This position is a training role designed to equip individuals with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful manager at Growby's RTO Home Furnishings.

Responsibilities:

• Learn daily store operations and management practices.
• Assist in inventory management and customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies.
• Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
