Market Leader Mission & Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community to drive customer acquisition.
- Organize and participate in community events to increase brand visibility and foster customer connections.
- Store Operations & Management:Create and maintain an energetic and welcoming store environment that attracts and retains customers.
- Ensure smooth and efficient store operations, including maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Leadership:Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of 5-7 individuals.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to empower team members to excel in their roles.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Financial Management:Analyze store performance data (e.g., sales reports, P&L statements) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Management:Collaborate with retail leadership to address challenges, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to achieve business goals.
What A Successful Market Leader Brings to the Table:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, fitness, hospitality, or dining management, with a proven track record of success in profit & loss management and team leadership. Experience managing multiple locations or levels is a plus.
- High energy, confident, and outgoing personality with a strong desire to build relationships and exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on building strong teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive spirit and a passion for achieving goals.
