Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while overseeing store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance performance.
- Control expenses and minimize shrinkage to maximize profitability.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Foster a positive shopping environment for guests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
