Rove is on a mission to accelerate the transition to electric vehicles (EVs) with a better charging experience. Our plans include developing 20 ultra-fast, full service charging centers, equipped with an inviting lounge, a curated market, carwash, dog walk, and after hours security, in Southern California by 2026.
The Role
The Store Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of site operations at their store location. This position will grow into a multi-center manager as new locations are built, overseeing multiple locations in the Orange County region.
The Store Manager will ensure top-notch customer satisfaction, and key responsibilities include:
- Greet, assist, and guide customers, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Management of inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, merchandising, Lead Charging Support and Charging Support team members, operational processes to company standards
- Strategic planning for work schedules.
- Adherence to security, sales, and record-keeping practices.
- Tracking sales margins and making recommendations for profitability.
Experience & Skills:
- A minimum 2 years of experience in retail, service, QSR, or c-store store management.
- Experience with inventory, store, and facility management, and tracking sales and margins.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities to build, motivate, and retain staff.
