We're seeking someone who willproactively create a retail environment in our Beaver, Oregon location that upholds the Company's core values and established policies and procedures. This key leader sets the tone of respect and integrity for all team members, as well as clear expectations of the store, to achieve all established goals and objectives.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Lead the Retail Team with a mentorship approach.
- Ensure the site is providing timely and courteous customer service at all times.
- Create employee schedules based on Oregon Predictive Scheduling regulations.
- Train and coach employees, carrying out effective disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Maintain operational standards to ensure optimal inventory levels, create promotions and increase revenue.
- Provide basic bookkeeping duties to include invoicing, timecards, fuel reconciliation, deposits, credit card transactions, etc.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships; including maintenance, inventory control and lottery management.
- Achieve sales and budget metrics through effective leadership, sound judgment and decision making.
- Troubleshoot operational issues with fuel pumps, carwashes, and other mechanical equipment.
- Maintain and enforce a safe working environment, free from safety hazards.
Qualifications and Demonstrated Ability to:
- Share information and knowledge with excellence in a compassionate training environment.
- Delegate tasks appropriately, providing employee development opportunities.
- Think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and conclusions.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to a diverse population.

- Utilize Microsoft Office products and basic office equipment to complete the essential functions and duties.
- Maintain an on-call status when not physically present at site and ensure all scheduled shifts are covered.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years in a retail management role, preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license (for off-site meetings).
- Pass a background screening with favorable results.
- Must be 18 years or older.
