We are looking for someone to lead one of our West Michigan teams in Muskegon. Are you a natural born leader with a great attention to detail? We want to talk with you! Here is what we would expect you be able to do each day on the job.
- Nurture customer relationships to drive in store sales
- Process daily paperwork
- Manage incoming cash
- Key holder responsibilities
- Direct incoming customer requests for retail and corporate accounts
- Manage daily tasks and encourage development in employees
- Manage inventory / ordering stock
- Facility management - monitor the cleanliness and any damaged items
- Must be a teamplayer with excellent communication skills
- Forward thinker with an attention to detail
- Assist the HR department with in person interviews
- Create employee schedules
- Approve weekly time cards
