A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A STORE MANAGER

This job keeps you on your toes doing a number of different tasks, but customer service is always your top priority. As a Store Manager, you cheerfully welcome every customer that walks through our doors. When customers need assistance, you drop what you're doing to ensure that their needs are met. You happily recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise. Acting as a cashier, you assist patrons with purchases.

You will be responsible for the day to day Broadway Kwik Stop operations. You'll manage staffing needs along with supervising and working with the store employees to accomplish daily tasks including scheduling staff within Company guidelines. Maintain a positive working relationship with all employees. Provide customer service leadership and operations training for your store employees. Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs and maintain positive relationships with vendors. Maintain a clean and safe environment for store employees and customers. Oversee maintaining high standards and provide fast, friendly service to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing and reaching.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Retail/customer service experience is preferred. Are you eager to learn and driven to succeed? Do you have excellent communication skills? WORK SCHEDULE

Our Store Managers work a variety of shifts to ensure they are able to communicate with all store employees and vendors on a regular basis. Work requires 40+ hours per week including weekends and holidays as needed. Hours are flexible based on availability and tasks needed to be completed.
