Overview
Under general direction, works with the Business Process Manager and/or Sr Director of Eligibility Services in coordinating special projects and business redesign initiatives, conducts research and analysis, and provides support to the process.
This position is considered Hybrid, which means that individuals in this position may work both at an approved Offsite location and Onsite at a primary location or multiple locations based on Business Needs.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties (at least 5 that are non-negotiable duties and are absolutely pertinent to successfully completing the job without accommodations): • Coordinates and performs the planning, executing and closing projects and business redesign initiatives to include following up on work plan activities and providing support for the day to day operational aspects of a project. • Coordinates and prepares recommendations for implementation of new or revised policies, procedures, and/or process changes and improvements.• Conducts research, analyze trends, and determines accuracy and relevancy of data information and present solutions and alternatives to issues when needed. • Oversees the development and maintenance of program specific web pages and sites. • Designs and develops written and oral presentations and training materials and assist in the presentations as needed. • Facilitates the day-to-day operational aspects of various contracts and provides training and assistance as needed.• Conducts outreach and communicates with community partners to relay information on program changes and other information necessary to coordinate programmatic changes and move project and/or changes forward. • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of:• Principles and practices of business strategies, objectives, planning, development and management processes and process improvement
Skill in:• Identifying the nature of problems, as well as recommending and implementing solutions • Thinking critically using logic and analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches• Analyzing and evaluating data information and problem solving to choose the best solution • Communicating information and ideas in a variety of formats including speaking and writing so others will understand• Knowing how to find information and identifying essential information• Coordinating activities by adjusting actions in relation to others' actions• Evaluating the likely success of an idea in relation to the demands of the situation• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and Visio• Managing one's own time • Actively looking for ways to help people and establishing and maintaining effective working relationships• Technical writing

Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Three years of related experience is required
