•Optimize Operations: Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement strategies to boost productivity, sales, and customer satisfaction using data-driven decisions.
•Lead with Purpose: Manage and coach a team of associates, set clear goals, and maintain high standards to align with company objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
•Leverage Data: Analyze store performance data to guide decisions that improve sales, efficiency, and customer experience.
•Drive Continuous Improvement: Refine processes, reduce waste, and implement best practices to enhance store operations.
•Set and Track Goals: Establish KPIs to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure targets are met.
•Collaborate Across Teams: Work with departments like inventory, HR, and leadership to ensure smooth store operations.
•Ensure Safety and Compliance: Lead safety initiatives and maintain a clean, compliant, and customer-friendly environment.

•A Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
