Responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
- Ensuring consistent delivery of quality food and great service
- Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
- Coaching and training crew members
- Maintaining proper staffing levels
- P&L Implementation - Managing controllable expenses and food, labor, and paper costs
- Working closely with Operations to ensure company required standard procedures and guidelines are being followed
- Sales growth
- Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
- Supervision and Leadership
- Recruiting, Interviewing and Selection
- Training and development practices
- Planning and budgeting
- P&L analysis and corrective measures
- Federal, state and local employment laws
- Local Store Marketing and development of sales opportunities
- Education and Experience:
- College degree and 3 - 4 years of experience in the quick service restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
