Store Management Manager, bilingual Korean
[Job Summary]
A leading South Korean comprehensive food company is seeking a Store Manager for its
operations in New Jersey, United States.
[Job Description]
1. Store Operations
- Strict adherence to the food safety and hygiene elements used in all food service operations
- Labor management through adjustment of job schedules for workplace personnel and placement of appropriate personnel in the right place at the right time
- Updating and sharing standard information provided by the federal and state or by relevant regulators
- Preparation for the latest update of legal certificates of the workplace and due diligence inspection of government offices, etc.
2. Menu operation and store profit management
- Preparation of menus/recipes according to unit price through prediction of the number of meals to meet customers' nutritional requirements
- Establish a monthly budget and maintain an appropriate material ratio through mid-term inspection
3. Procurement and inspection management of food ingredients
- Through food inspection management, inventory management and record supervision through first-in-first-out
4. Local Staff Management
- Training workers involved in service, cost control, hygiene, food safety and kitchen production
- If there is a shortage of manpower in the kitchen, help throughout the feeding process, such as food preparation
5. Customer Service Management
- Develop new menu recipes and increase customer satisfaction through customer satisfaction surveys and monitoring of leftovers
6. Opening new stores and renegotiating contracts
- Market research as needed and work to support new developments
[Qualifications]
- 3 to 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in food and nutrition, dietetics or foodservice-related field
- Proficiency in English communication
- Registered dietitians and registered dietitians in the province are preferred
- Previous experience in cafeteria catering is preferred
