Job Title: Full-Time Position
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations at assigned locations: Seattle, Lakewood, Everett, Lynnwood, and Burien.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee staff training and development.
- Monitor inventory and manage supply orders.
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- 2+ years of management experience in a retail or service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
