Store Hourly - Advance Auto Parts

Job Title: Full-Time Position

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations at assigned locations: Seattle, Lakewood, Everett, Lynnwood, and Burien.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee staff training and development.
• Monitor inventory and manage supply orders.
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in a retail or service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
