Job Title: District Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations in Los Angeles, Santa Ana, Aliso Viejo, and Westminster.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor store managers to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between locations as needed.
