Stock Clerk from Vanguard Temporaries, Inc.

We are seeking a Stock Clerk to support laboratory operations in Albany, NY. This role involves receiving, handling, and delivering lab-related materials and supplies to ensure smooth and efficient laboratory functioning.

This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday hours being, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM. 

Job Duties:

• Operate material-moving equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to transport supplies and equipment.
• Receive and check in shipments, verifying contents and inspecting for damages.
• Handle, move, stock, and deliver laboratory supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Perform general computer operations, including inventory management and data entry.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure supplies are organized and easily accessible.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking and data entry
• Ability to check shipments and inventory accurately
• Awareness of safety protocols when handling materials and equipment
