Position Summary:
The STNA provides direct care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a rehabilitation and healthcare setting. You will play an essential role in helping our residents maintain their dignity and quality of life while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring environment.
• Monitor residents’ health conditions, report any changes to the nursing team, and help with routine health assessments.
• Assist in the administration of medications as directed by the nursing staff.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure personalized care plans are followed and updated.

Qualifications:

• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in the state of Ohio.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor with a passion for improving the lives of others.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus, but not required.
