Key Responsibilities of an STNA:

• Direct Patient Care: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor Health: Observe and report changes in patients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with Mobility: Help patients with mobility and repositioning to promote comfort and prevent injury.

Qualifications:
