Job Summary:

This position involves providing direct care to residents in accordance with their care plans, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Maintaining cleanliness and reporting hazardous conditions.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
• Accompanying residents to activities and functions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State of Ohio STNA certification with one year of experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage resident behaviors and attend required training.
