Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct care to residents, ensuring their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) are met, including personal hygiene, safety, and nutrition. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean environment, reporting concerns, observing changes in residents' conditions, and accompanying them to activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio STNA license
• One year of STNA experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable attendance and ability to manage resident behaviors
