Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in property management/stewardship
1-3 years of management experience
Strong tactical skills and the ability to lead a crew effectively and efficiently.
Technical expertise in property management and stewardship best practices.
Experience with the use of asset-based guidelines, policies, and BMPs to drive stewardship priorities and measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to complete, manage, and report on assigned projects and tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Proven ability to work independently day to day, and collaboratively across properties and with teams across the organization
Strong communications skills and the ability to effectively share ideas and priorities.
Experience working with volunteers.
UTV operation, transport of trailers, light machinery (small tractor, mini-excavator, chipper) operation, chainsaws, and other power tool use or training, preferred.
Strong commitment to natural resource protection and the mission of The Trustees.
Basic computer skills in Office365, and an ability to learn and use Trustees software systems.
Certifications (preferred):
Wilderness First Aid certification, or willingness to acquire.
MA Hoisting License 2A, or willingness to acquire.
OSHA 10, or willingness to acquire
Pesticide Applicator License, or willingness to acquire
